I did a bunch of research of agents before we listed our home on the market. I spoke with Karen and was very impressed with the conversation. What I appreciated most about her was her honesty - she has a great deal of experience and gives a straight forward feedback. Whenever she suggested something, I trusted her judgment and it always turned out to be right. She recommended doing some renovations to the home in order to get a higher price and then provided contacts who quoted the work at a very reasonable price. I followed her opinion, we had the work done and she listed the home at a price that I, at the time, thought was too optimistic. I was wrong again - a full price offer came the very next day. We were out of state sellers and Karen took up so much of the slack for us - she continually went above and beyond the typical agent responsibilities. I would work with her for every single home transaction for the rest of my life if I could - she's that good. I'm very glad I deferred to her judgment as it worked out very well for us in the end. I would strongly recommend anyone in the greater Baltimore area to contact Karen for your real estate needs.
